We’re looking for a Strategic Commercial Revenue & Insights Analyst to transform complex data into actionable strategies that maximize revenue performance. In this role, you’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Market Access teams to deliver insights that shape pricing, contracting, and access strategies. What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial revenue operations from concept to implementation, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver insights through gross-to-net modeling, scenario analysis, and trend evaluation to optimize pricing and contracting strategies.
  • Translate complex revenue components into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth by analyzing market shifts and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Market Access, and Finance to align on revenue goals and performance metrics.
  • Support long-range forecasting, brand planning, and business reviews for gross-to-net strategies.
  • Provide input on government pricing programs (Medicaid, Medicare Part B, 340B) and assess policy impacts on commercial performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI) to track revenue performance and strategic KPIs.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems, improve data quality, and streamline reporting processes for better forecasting.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare analytics; experience with gross-to-net or government pricing programs preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); scenario modeling experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
