🌱 We’re hiring a Content & Storytelling Intern
6–8 month internship | 📍HQs in Castelvecchio Pascoli (Curricular only)
We’re not looking for someone to just tweak a Canva template.
We’re looking for a curious, kind, and creative human who believes that real stories still matter.
Join our External Communication team in a global biopharma company where content means connection — not noise. We give voice to patients, donors, scientists, and people working behind the scenes in rare disease and plasma care. This is where science meets humanity.
You’ll learn how thoughtful, ethical and purposeful content is made — and help shape a brand with meaning, not just marketing.
If you love writing, visual storytelling and believe content can change minds (and maybe the world), bring your voice. We’ll help you make it heard.
💼 What you’ll actually do (and love doing)
• Co-create our content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube — shaping how we show up as a brand.
• Create standout posts, carousels, reels, and shorts using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut and AI tools.
• Join the conversation — reply to comments, spot trends, and bring insights back to the team.
• Track performance and turn metrics into smarter next steps.
• Collaborate across teams (Public Affairs, Advocacy, Marketing) to turn complex ideas into compelling stories.
• Help craft and edit interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and patient stories that feel real — not scripted.
• And most of all: bring your ideas, energy, and eye for storytelling. We want your voice, not just your skills.
If you screenshot good copy, notice brand tone shifts, or obsess over why a reel “worked” — you’ll feel right at home.
🧠 You, in a few bullet points:
• You’re studying (or just finished studying) something creative or communication-related
• You’ve run social accounts (yours or someone else’s) and know how to speak the language of each platform
• You’ve played with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and maybe even some AI tools
• You can edit a video, shoot a story, and write a caption that hits
• You’ve got a small portfolio or examples of your work
• You don’t need a 40-slide brief to do something great — you just go
• You care. You’ve got taste. You notice good design and clever copy.
🚀 You won’t be invisible here
• Your name on real campaigns
• 1:1 feedback, mentoring, and space to grow
• The chance to pitch wild ideas — and see them happen
This announcement is addressed to applicants of both sexes (L. 903/77 - D.Lgs n. 198/2006) and also to those belonging to Protected Categories (L.68/99).
