Job Summary
At Kedrion Biopharma, we’re driven by a shared mission — to improve the quality of life for people living with rare and serious diseases. As a Corporate Accounts Director, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact and relationship holder for key national account customers, including home and alternate site infusion providers, specialty pharmacies, distributors, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and Managed Care Organizations.
Your purpose: to build trusted, mutually beneficial partnerships that enable Kedrion to exceed its commercial goals and expand patient access to plasma-derived therapies. You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, marketing, and senior management to execute pull-through initiatives, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for sustainable business growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and strengthen strategic customer relationships across key account types, including IDNs, health systems, specialty pharmacies, distributors, and GPOs, ensuring Kedrion is viewed as a trusted and value-driven partner
- Design and execute account business plans that drive product utilization and revenue growth, aligned with corporate objectives and regional market dynamics
- Lead all aspects of contract strategy and execution, including negotiation, internal stakeholder review, implementation, and ongoing performance measurement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to align field execution with brand priorities, support pull-through programs, and maximize effectiveness of customer engagements
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within assigned and emerging accounts to increase Kedrion’s presence and expand reach into key therapeutic markets, including Hematology, Immunology, and Infectious Disease
- Conduct detailed sales and trend analyses to assess account performance, product mix, and market potential; communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner with brand teams to develop value-based contracts, pricing strategies, and service agreements tailored to specific account needs and aligned with compliance requirements
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate CRM data, managing contract timelines, ensuring correct implementation of pricing changes, and monitoring chargeback accuracy
- Coordinate and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to evaluate performance, address challenges, and align on future growth plans
- Support new therapy launches by ensuring clear communication of product value propositions and seamless integration into existing customer contracts and distribution channels
- Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payer policies, vertical integration, and emerging trends affecting channel access and contract performance
- Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external customers, fostering transparency, accountability, and timely execution of strategic priorities
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Prior plasma therapies experience; orphan drug, hematology, or immunology markets strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in field-based sales or national account management
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex relationships with IDNs, GPOs, distributors, hospital systems, or specialty pharmacies
- Proven ability to negotiate and execute performance-based or value-based contracts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within assigned region and nationally, as needed
