Kedrion Biopharma UK is seeking a Reward & HR Analyst for a one-year fixed-term contract.

In this key role, you will be involved in the analysis and implementation of compensation, benefits, and HR analytics programmes. The position requires a strong analytical focus, with extensive use of Excel to provide critical data insights and project management support.

You will produce regular and ad-hoc global and local HR KPI reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making, using advanced Excel skills and relevant HR systems. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in HR systems, particularly pay and bonus information, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support Group Reward and HR in the annual compensation reviews and salary surveys, and assist in the evaluation of new roles, job grading, and job descriptions.

Duties & Responsibilities –

HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Produce regular and ad-hoc global and local HR KPI reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making, using advanced Excel skills and relevant HR systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems, particularly pay and bonus information.
  • Compliance and submission of statutory reporting; i.e. Gender Pay Gap report.

 

Compensation and Benefits Analysis

  • Support Group Reward and HR in the annual compensation reviews and salary surveys.
  • Produce adhoc compensation and benefits analyses as required; for example to identify the employee impact and cost of shift allowance increases, changes to pay structures, bonus schemes etc.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new roles, job grading, and job descriptions using the Willis Towers Watson grading methodology.

 

Reward Management

  • Process the annual local bonus schemes ensuring accurate bonus calculations and adherance to bonus rules.
  • Support the review, and/or communication of compensation structures, bonus plans, and benefits offerings.
  • Provide bonus communications that are clear and easy to understand. 
  • Partner with benefits broker to continue to increase awareness of employee benefits and improve utilisation of the benefits platform.
  • Liaise with benefits broker to coordinate benefits renewal activities, ensuring accurate data submission and robust analysis of outputs.
  • Support the management and administration of recognition programmes, car fleet, workplace pension schemes and other cyclical compensation and benefits processes.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HRBPs and managers to address reward and HR-related queries, providing analytical insights and guidance.
  • Advise managers, employees and the HR team on agreed compensation and benefits topics.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organisation.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR and reward-related projects as required.

Skills & Education required to help you within the role –

 

  • Relevant experience in HR analytics is essential.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and HR information systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or related field is prefered.
  • Experience in liaising with benefits brokers, benefits providers and outsourced payroll provider.
  • Understanding of compensation surveys, benchmarking, and market pricing techniques is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson methodologies, job evaluation, and grading systems is desirable.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, data privacy, and ethical standards.
