In this role, you will provide scientific and technical expertise across various R&D projects, contributing to the development of innovative research initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience with biotech products derived from human blood plasma, used to treat conditions such as immunodeficiencies, coagulation disorders, and critical care.

Duties & Responsibilities –
- To demonstrate competency in a broad range of Bioprocessing techniques.
- To perform experimental work that advances agreed project(s) within R&D
- To review and analyse experimental results and make recommendations for next steps/optimisations.
- To communicate information clearly and logically in technical reports and present data to the wider R&D team.
- To assist in the maintenance of laboratory resources, including but not limited to, assisting in the calibration and maintenance of key equipment and maintenance of stocks of key reagents/solutions.

Knowledge and experience -
- Knowledge of protein purification
- Knowledge of H&S when working in a lab environment
- Understanding of proteins
Training and education -
- Relevant degree such as Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology or Biosciences.
- Evidence of practical lab training during degree &/or projects.
- Able to use MS Office packages.
