We are looking for a Human Resources student to undertake a key project involving the updating, translation, and organization of our organization's job descriptions. The mandate includes analyzing our current template, reviewing existing content (often in English), translating it, and setting up an efficient filing and tracking system.
Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the current job description template.
- Inventory existing job descriptions.
- Review and update content based on current roles, in both English and French.
- Translate descriptions that are not available in either English or French.
- Apply a consistent template to all descriptions.
- Create a tracking tool to document progress, changes, validations, etc.
- Organize final files in a structured and easy-to-navigate directory.
You are the right person for this role if you have the following profile:
- Student in human resources, industrial relations, translation, or a related field.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English.
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to structure information and manage a project independently.
- Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Asset: experience in writing or translating professional documents.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary.
Other language requirement
Another language is required for this position in order to communicate with partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
