Job Summary

We are looking for an intern to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function and support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Kedrion's risk management framework.

The successful candidate will work closely with the ERM team and with business stakeholders across multiple functions, contributing to risk assessment activities, data analysis, reporting and governance processes.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic and operational risks in an international and highly regulated business environment.

What you'll do

The intern will support the ERM function in:

  • Supporting the execution of the annual Enterprise Risk Management cycle.
  • Assisting in the collection, consolidation and analysis of risk information from different business functions.
  • Supporting risk assessment workshops and interviews with business stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating the corporate risk register.
  • Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis on risk-related data.
  • Supporting the monitoring of key risks and mitigation actions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management, committees and governance bodies.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of ERM methodologies, tools and documentation.
  • Supporting project activities related to risk governance, risk culture and risk awareness initiatives.

Qualifications and need-to-know

 

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
  • Master's students or recent graduates are preferred.

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of business processes and corporate governance principles.
  • Interest in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit or Corporate Governance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage and analyse data with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders across the organization.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Previous academic or internship experience in Risk Management, Audit, Finance, Consulting or Compliance.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000).
  • Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.

What We Offer

  • 6-month internship experience
  • Monthly allowance of €850
