Purpose of position

 

Supports the Regional Commercial Director in the achievement of the sales targets in terms of market shares, volumes and profitability, in line with the strategies and guidelines in line with business targets for the relevant assigned markets.

 

Responsabilities:

 

  • Contribute to defining the sales objectives of KEDRION products portfolio and is responsible for achieving them.
  • Monitor the progress of the action plan and the achievement of sales objectives, identifying any corrective actions and readjusting the plan according to priorities.
  • Supports the Regional Commercial Director in the study and evaluation of international markets in collaboration with marketing.
  • Supports the Regional Commercial Director for the implementation and development of penetration strategies in assigned markets of its competence in order to achieve a stable, lasting presence in line with the expected market share results.
  • Collaborates to draw up the MTS (Medium Term Strategy) document, collecting market and sales data from all resellers / subsidiaries.
  • Elaborates and controls sales budgets and forecasts in foreign countries through the organization of regular meetings with the business partners with the aim to drive sales objectives, improve markets understanding and sales growth in compliance to the Company long range plans for the assigned products portfolio and geographic area.
  • Develop, implement and execute monthly sales forecasts with full accuracy and accountability in compliance with Company’s objectives.
  • Reviews and controls the spending budgets of foreign markets.
  • Keep and foster relationships with the main stakeholders in the commercial area and within the assigned geographic area, to contribute to the maximization of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates to elaborate an innovative sales approach through the development of specific programs and initiatives in harmony with medium-term policies.
  • Collaborates to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
  • Supports the Regional Commercial Director to plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements.
  • Work with the Regional Commercial Director in taking part to public and private tenders for the supply and sales of medicinal products, in line with the powers assigned by the Company.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in plasma-derived sector and/or in a similar position is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in B2B sales / marketing, preferably in international environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in French language is a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in working with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Strong knowledge of plasma-derived sector.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-growing environment
