Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Business Intelligence Intern to join Kedrion this summer! The role will report into the Director, Strategic Pricing & Insights.
What you'll do
- Organize and maintain pricing files, contracts, and supporting documentation in a standardized folder structure
- Manage the pricing mailbox (intake requests, track submissions, respond to inquiries, route issues appropriately)
- Maintain and validate customer mappings and affiliations (GPOs, distributors, IDNs, direct accounts)
- Consolidate pricing data from multiple sources into a centralized master dataset / price list
- Ensure all pricing data is complete and accurate (NDCs, pricing, effective dates, contract alignment)
- Prepare and update pricing files using standardized templates for uploads and system updates
- Track and log all pricing requests, updates, and changes in central trackers
- Perform data validation checks and resolve discrepancies across pricing, contracts, and customer records
- Support pricing submission process, including coordination with Corporate Accounts and internal stakeholders
- Drive ongoing data cleanup and process improvements (file organization, mapping accuracy, pricing consistency)
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Current college student
- Strong attention to detail and very organized
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and specifically the business intelligence space
- Clear communicator
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Open to learning new tools and technology
- Available for at least 6 full-time weeks this summer.
