Job Summary

Kedrion Biopharma is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Business Intelligence Intern to join the Commercial Excellence team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting pricing operations, commercial analytics, and business intelligence initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.

The Intern will work closely with the Director of Strategic Pricing & Commercial Insights and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain pricing data, support contract administration, improve data quality, and contribute to business processes that enable informed commercial decision-making. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in pricing, data management, market access, and commercial operations within a growing biopharmaceutical organization. The role aligns with Kedrion's Commercial Business Intelligence organization and supports Strategic Pricing & Commercial Insights initiatives

What you'll do

  • Organize, maintain, and archive pricing files, contracts, and supporting documentation within standardized filing structures.
  • Manage the pricing team mailbox, including intake of requests, tracking submissions, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain and validate customer account mappings and affiliations, including Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), distributors, and direct customer accounts.
  • Consolidate pricing information from multiple sources into centralized master datasets and pricing files.
  • Review and validate pricing data to ensure completeness and accuracy, including National Drug Codes (NDCs), pricing terms, effective dates, and contract alignment.
  • Prepare and update pricing templates used for system uploads, reporting, and contract administration.
  • Track and document pricing requests, updates, approvals, and changes within centralized tracking tools.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve discrepancies across pricing, contract, and customer data.
  • Support pricing submission processes by coordinating with Corporate Accounts and other internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in ongoing data cleanup efforts and process improvement initiatives focused on data quality, organization, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and other commercial business intelligence activities as assigned.

Qualifications and need-to-know

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.  Will consider a recent graduate.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.
