Job Summary
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison for specialty pharmacies, ensuring Kedrion is recognized as a trusted, value-driven partner
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that increase product utilization and revenue, aligned with corporate goals and market dynamics
- Negotiate and manage contracts with specialty pharmacies and other key accounts, including distributors, GPOs, and IDNs
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to support pull-through initiatives and optimize customer engagement
- Identify new opportunities within specialty pharmacy networks to expand Kedrion’s reach in therapeutic areas such as Hematology, Immunology, and Infectious Disease
- Conduct performance analyses to assess account trends, product mix, and market potential; share insights with senior leadership
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with specialty pharmacies and other accounts to evaluate performance and align on growth strategies
- Support new therapy launches by integrating products into specialty pharmacy contracts and distribution channels
- Maintain a deep understanding of payer policies, channel access trends, and factors impacting specialty pharmacy performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in national account management or field-based sales
- Proven success managing relationships with specialty pharmacies and other complex accounts
- Experience negotiating and executing performance-based or value-based contracts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Prior experience in plasma therapies or orphan drug markets preferred
- Ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed
