Job Summary

Drive Growth Through Strategic Specialty Pharmacy Partnerships
At Kedrion Biopharma, we’re committed to improving lives through plasma-derived therapies. As Corporate Accounts Director, you’ll lead business development with specialty pharmacies and other key accounts, forging partnerships that accelerate growth and strengthen Kedrion’s market presence.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison for specialty pharmacies, ensuring Kedrion is recognized as a trusted, value-driven partner
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that increase product utilization and revenue, aligned with corporate goals and market dynamics
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with specialty pharmacies and other key accounts, including distributors, GPOs, and IDNs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to support pull-through initiatives and optimize customer engagement
  • Identify new opportunities within specialty pharmacy networks to expand Kedrion’s reach in therapeutic areas such as Hematology, Immunology, and Infectious Disease
  • Conduct performance analyses to assess account trends, product mix, and market potential; share insights with senior leadership
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with specialty pharmacies and other accounts to evaluate performance and align on growth strategies
  • Support new therapy launches by integrating products into specialty pharmacy contracts and distribution channels
  • Maintain a deep understanding of payer policies, channel access trends, and factors impacting specialty pharmacy performance

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in national account management or field-based sales
  • Proven success managing relationships with specialty pharmacies and other complex accounts
  • Experience negotiating and executing performance-based or value-based contracts
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Prior experience in plasma therapies or orphan drug markets preferred
  • Ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed
