Job Summary
As a key commercial leader within the Kedrion US team, the Hospital Regional Business Manager drives strategic sales growth across a multi-state territory (Southern California, Arizona) by developing and expanding relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and key decision-makers. This role blends high-level sales execution with account management and market development to maximize the reach and impact of Kedrion’s portfolio—Kedrab, RhoGAM, Albumin, Koate, and future pipeline products.

What you'll do
Sales & Market Development
• Own and execute territory sales strategy to drive revenue and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential hospital accounts across the territory.
• Drive adoption and utilization of Kedrion’s product portfolio by aligning customer needs with tailored solutions.
• Continuously monitor competitive activity, market dynamics, and hospital procurement trends.
• Analyze account and regional data to identify emerging opportunities or threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Strategic Account Management
• Build, manage, and grow strong, long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, purchasing departments, emergency and infectious disease specialists, and administrators.
• Conduct total hospital calls, ensuring multi-disciplinary engagement and consensus-building among key decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align with broader regional and national business objectives.
Business Planning & Execution
• Analyze regional trends, market access dynamics, and competitor activity to inform territory strategy.
• Create and maintain territory routing plans and schedules for optimal coverage and sales effectiveness.
• Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline activity, account progress, and strategic goals.
Customer Engagement & Education
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and clinical education on the appropriate use, value proposition, and differentiation of Kedrion products.
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for hospital clients through ongoing education and support.
• Demonstrate an understanding of hospital key customers, disease state for which our products are indicated and the appropriate use and differentiated clinical value of our products.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Customer Service to ensure aligned execution of initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights from the field to help shape brand strategies and future product launches.
CRM & Data-Driven Sales Enablement
• Maintain up-to-date customer data in CRM and use insights to drive sales productivity and customer targeting.
• Leverage CRM tools to plan calls, manage interactions, and assess performance outcomes.
Qualifications and need-to-know
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven success in a hospital sales or hospital-focused business development role, preferably in biopharma or specialty products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-state territory and drive growth across complex healthcare systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to connect sales activity to broader business strategy
