Job Summary

Drive Strategic Partnerships That Shape Healthcare
Join Kedrion Biopharma as a Hospital Key Account Manager (HKAM) and become the primary liaison for top Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Health Systems, and aggregation groups. This national role is pivotal in building executive-level relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business development for our innovative product portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Strategically target IDNs, Sub-GPOs, and Health Systems to maximize portfolio sales.
  • Build and maintain C-Suite relationships to promote products and secure contracts.
  • Execute quarterly business reviews and ensure full contract monitoring and pull-through.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounts Directors and cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
  • Lead strategy progression for new business opportunities and ensure compliance with volume commitments.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of promoted and competitive products, market trends, and technical details.
  • Engage key contacts regularly to ensure business plan execution and goal achievement.
  • Deliver clear communication and direction to internal stakeholders while adhering to ethical standards.
  • Complete administrative tasks and participate in ongoing training to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing, or equivalent clinical field; comparable work experience considered.
  • Minimum 4 years of hospital sales experience, including key account management and contract negotiation.
  • Proven success selling into IDNs and Health Systems; experience with aggregation groups preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical launch experience highly desirable.
  • Documented track record of sales performance and strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across multiple states.
