Turn data into insights and grow your impact. We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for our U.S. operations. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex business challenges, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization. What you'll do
- Monitor spending against budget and forecast, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, management dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze operating expenses, profitability, and business performance across multiple functions.
- Support month-end close activities through reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Leverage SAP, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
- Create and maintain reporting solutions that enhance visibility into business performance.
- Support capital expenditure reporting, workforce planning, and special financial projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline reporting, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to support company objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gain exposure to a broad range of financial and operational activities, creating opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the responsibilities of this role.
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (FP&A, finance, business analysis, or a related).
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience using SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW with Analysis for Office in Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience developing forecasts, budgets, financial models, or business analyses.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
