Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Global Ethics & Compliance team (hereinafter the “E&C Team”). The candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, and ethical decision-making. This internship is designed to provide valuable learning opportunities in the field of compliance, with a focus on both general compliance activities and specific tasks related to the screening of Third-Parties (“TPs”), such as end-customers, suppliers, distributors, etc.
What you'll do
- Gain an understanding of compliance principles and processes by assisting the Compliance Team in daily operations.
- Learn and contribute to third-party screening and due diligence activities, ensuring alignment with standards.
- Assist in analyzing documentation and information on Third Parties.
- Assist in the use of the tool dedicated to the screening of Third Parties.
- Participate in monitoring and reporting activities, enhancing knowledge of compliance frameworks and data-driven approaches.
- Support the team in analyzing compliance-related data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Bachelor's or Master's degree/Current enrollment in a university program (preferably in Law, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields).
- Interest in the Compliance field and reputational risk management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
