We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join the Global Operations Strategic Planning & Business Intelligence team. The role will support key activities related to performance reporting, operational data analysis, and strategic planning initiatives across the global Operations organization.
The position offers a learning-oriented environment where the candidate will contribute to data preparation, dashboard updates, reporting activities, and analytical support. The ideal candidate combines solid analytical skills with strong interest in business intelligence tools, industrial performance, and strategic controlling.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and validation of operational datasets (SAP, Excel, SharePoint) for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Assist in maintaining and developing dashboards and performance scorecards in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and support their harmonization across sites and functions.
- Provide analytical support for strategic planning activities (e.g., site evolution analysis, business case preparation).
- Support the preparation of executive-level presentations, ensuring clarity and consistency of data and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align on reporting needs.
- Contribute to the development and update of internal guidelines, documentation, and materials.
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of Power BI: data modeling and dashboard creation.
- Advanced Experience with Excel
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
- Understanding of key principles of strategic controlling (e.g., cost structure analysis, investment monitoring, KPI tracking).
- Basic knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes is appreciated.
- Interest in operations performance, industrial KPIs, and business intelligence is essential.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or related fields.
- 1/ 2 years of experience in business intelligence, operations analysis, or strategic controlling roles.
- Previous experience in a structured, multinational environment is a plus.
- Interest or experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is appreciated.
