Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team. The position will support the design and evolution of the Global Operations Performance Monitoring System, with a dual focus on KPI-based performance reporting and operations strategic planning. This includes dashboard development, scenario analysis, business case, and data-driven insights generation.

 

The ideal candidate combines strong BI technical skills with the ability to understand and represent business dynamics clearly and effectively. The role contributes directly to operational strategy by connecting data, performance, and decision-making processes across global manufacturing and supply chain Operations and cross-functionally with other departments within Operations and in the Group

 

Key Responsibilities

 

- Support the design, governance, and digitalization of the global Operations Performance Monitoring System.

- Build and maintain dashboards and performance scorecards in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Contribute to the Performance Review process, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation design.

- Participate in strategic planning exercises: scenario modeling, site evolution, business case evaluation, CapEx monitoring.

- Gather, clean, and structure operational data from various systems (SAP, Excel, SharePoint) for global reporting and insight generation.

- Support data modeling and transformation processes, ensuring data consistency across sources and platforms.

- Contribute to basic ETL workflows and data preparation for reporting and analysis.

- Translate complex data into clear, intuitive visual stories that support operational and strategic discussions.

- Create executive-level presentations and performance summaries tailored to diverse audiences.

- Collaborate with data engineers and IT to ensure data architecture supports BI and strategy needs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data products meet strategic and operational needs.

- Support cross-functional projects and PMO-related activities, including milestone tracking and timeline coordination.

- Contribute to function guidelines, onboarding materials, and documentation for long-term process sustainability.

Technical Skills

- Proficient in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, custom visuals, transformations).

- Experience with SAP systems and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Strong Excel skills, especially with large datasets and automation.

- Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and pipeline structures.

- Understanding of data visualization best practices and data storytelling techniques.

- Knowledge of industrial cost control (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis, KPIs).

- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or similar analytical/statistical tools

- Exposure to project management principles and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

- Skilled in data-to-business translation: interpreting numbers in the context of strategy, planning, and operational performance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build clear and impactful presentations.

- Collaborative, proactive to learn and contribute to transformation projects.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

 

Education & Experience

 

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in BI, data analysis, operations strategy, or industrial performance reporting.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical or plasma-derived products industry is a plus.

- Prior involvement in PMO activities or strategic operations planning projects is a plus.
