Job Summary
Join our Global Operations Strategy team and contribute to initiatives at the intersection of digital transformation, data analytics and strategic project management.
Working closely with the KIg10 Program Leader and the Operations Planning & Business Intelligence team, you will support the development of digital and analytical capabilities that enable smarter decision-making across our global manufacturing network.
You will collaborate with international and cross-functional teams, gain exposure to high-impact strategic projects and contribute to the data ecosystem supporting Operations worldwide.
What you'll do
Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Support the development of a modern data analytics platform enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Help identify and develop Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and automation use cases to improve business processes and operational performance.
- Create dashboards, reports and visualizations that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Support data analysis for management discussions and executive reporting.
Master Data and Digital Foundations
- Contribute to the development of data models and digital foundations that enable scalable analytics.
- Support Master Data Management initiatives focused on data quality, governance, consistency and standardization.
- Help document data sources, definitions and business requirements.
Strategic Projects and Portfolio Management
- Support project governance, planning, performance monitoring and executive reporting for strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to cost mapping, budgeting and timeline planning for capital projects, including manufacturing facilities and major investment programs.
- Help prepare project updates, business cases, presentations and decision-support materials.
- Support the monitoring of milestones, risks, dependencies and key project deliverables.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Digital teams.
- Help translate business needs into analytical requirements and practical solutions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across Global Operations.
- Contribute to clear and effective communication among technical, operational and business teams.
Qualifications and need-to-know
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
- You have a strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
- You are interested in data analytics, Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation or Operations.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You are comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
- You are fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in all these areas is not required, but exposure to one or more would be an advantage:
- Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools
- Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development
- Basic knowledge of data platforms, databases or SQL
- Familiarity with AI tools and business applications
- Exposure to project management, PMO activities or business case analysis
What we offer
