Position Title: Global Quality Systems and Compliance Internship
Location: Castelvecchio Pascoli, Il Ciocco Offices
Duration: 6 months
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Global Quality Systems and Compliance. The candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in reviewing and managing the documentation related to GLP and R&D departments in order to ensure that the Quality System implemented is in compliance with current regulations and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- performs the QA review of the documents issued in the GMS&D areas (procedures, technical documents, experimental documents), both on an electronic system (Trackwise) and in paper version, ensuring compliance with the expected quality standards.
- Collaborates in the management of documentation related to GMS&D areas, including printing, distribution, scanning/imaging, archiving.
- Supports the management of documentation related to the training of personnel belonging to the GMS&D areas, including the printing and distribution of training registration forms, their review once completed, and scanning/imaging and archiving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Interest in the Quality and Compliance field.
- Good analytical skills, strong attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
