Job Description
Drive impact by combining clinical expertise with commercial excellence.
At Kedrion Biopharma, we’re dedicated to advancing treatment options for rare diseases and empowering healthcare providers and patients with knowledge. As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), you’ll play a key role in driving product adoption and awareness by delivering expert clinical education and building trusted relationships with providers, patients, and key opinion leaders. Your ability to translate science into practice will support both improved patient outcomes and business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver compelling education on hemophilia and rare bleeding disorders to providers and treatment centers.
- Position Kedrion therapies by highlighting clinical benefits, safety, and administration.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with healthcare providers, patients, caregivers, and community leaders.
- Serve as a trusted resource for branded and unbranded education, aligning with business goals.
- Partner with sales and commercial teams to expand access, identify opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Leverage insights from the field to influence strategy and uncover new market opportunities.
- Support key events, programs, and initiatives that drive product awareness and adoption.
- Maintain deep expertise in therapeutic areas, competitive products, and evolving market trends.
- Manage a national travel schedule to maximize territory coverage and impact.
- Track, monitor, and report educational engagements, outcomes, and territory performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful materials and presentations that resonate with healthcare audiences.
- Contribute to business success by aligning clinical education with market development strategy.
Qualifications:
- Active ASN/BSN degree and nursing license required.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in hemophilia/rare bleeding disorders preferred.
- 3+ years as a Clinical Nurse Educator in pharma strongly preferred; relevant clinical expertise considered.
- Proven success delivering persuasive, audience-tailored scientific presentations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with providers, patients, and key opinion leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence treatment adoption through education.
- Skilled communicator, confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Nationwide travel required, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional, customer-focused, and passionate about advancing patient care.
- Must meet client vaccination requirements where applicable.
