Job Summary
We are looking for a IT Application Analist, SAP to provide support in the management and continuous improvement of local business applications. Working in synergy with the business and the Support & Service team, you will ensure alignment with global frameworks, handling requirements, testing, user training, and KPI monitoring to optimize operational efficiency
What you'll do
- Support monitoring of business applications across the Group to ensure alignment with the Global framework, standards and requirements
- Support implementation and roll-out of projects within your area of competence, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Support the lifecycle management of business applications (configuration, development, maintenance) to continuously improve business operations
- Collect and analyze business requirements to assess enhancement requests and new software needs
- Support business users in requirements/process documentation and in application testing activities
- Propose solutions that meet business requirements while respecting guidelines, constraints and standards
- Draft functional and technical documentation to ensure compliance with Company and Quality standards
- Collaborate with the Support & Service team to solve business-specific issues and contribute to department/company KPIs
- Review KPIs related to application support (issues, volumes, usage, service levels, customer satisfaction) and identify improvement opportunities
- Attend internal/external workshops and events to stay updated and propose innovative solutions
- Deliver training to business users to ensure applications are properly used and run
- Propose enhancements to improve team performance and introduce innovations in ways of working
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering or Economics
- 2–3 years of experience in the SAP area
- Knowledge of SAP modules MM, WM and PP-PI / QM (Logistics & Production)
- Project Management experience
- Good knowledge of English
- Pharma industry experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving attitude, goal-oriented mindset, analytical skills, teamwork, flexibility
