Job Summary
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven and Business Intelligence solutions that accelerate digital transformation across business processes. The position will focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, advanced analytics, and BI tools to optimize operations, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation in alignment with global frameworks, standards, and requirements. The role will also contribute to implementing the Corporate IT Strategy for AI, Business Intelligence, and data-driven solutions.
What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for AI integration to improve efficiency and performance.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and automation workflows to support predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making.
- Document AI solutions, including architecture, algorithms, and implementation details.
- Coordinate with IT Infrastructure teams to ensure adequate resources and performance for AI workloads.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners for AI tools and platforms.
- Contribute to AI project management and provide technical consultation to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business objectives.
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Proficient in AI/ML frameworks and data science best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of most popular enterprise BI data platforms (e.g. Power BI, SAP SAC, SAP Datasphere)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
- Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in AI/ML, Python.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS AI, or similar).
- Bridges business objectives with AI solutions.
- Translating Technical Concepts for Business.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and integration with AI solutions is an advantage.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Suite is a plus.
- Aptitude for teamwork in international environments.
- Fluent in English
