Job Summary
The CRM Application Specialist will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing CRM applications to support commercial and marketing activities.
This role ensures data quality, compliance with privacy regulations, and provides operational support to users, contributing to continuous process improvement.
This role will also contribute to implementing the Corporate IT Strategy for CRM and data-driven solutions.
What you'll do
- CRM configuration and customization according to business needs.
- Support Data Governance (GDPR, OPT), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Operational support and troubleshooting for technical and functional issues.
- User training and Change Management, promoting CRM adoption.
- Data integration between CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP, BI, DWH).
- Coordinate with Corporate DWH and Business Intelligence Team to guarantee integration, data consistency and standardization
- Reporting and KPI monitoring track performance.
- Technical analysis and troubleshooting of data entry operations
- Coordinates with IT Infrastructure team to request proper connectivity and HW resources, to guarantee adequate performance of implemented solutions.
- Interact with external partners to implement the necessary data exchanges.
- Coordinate local projects within his/her area of responsibility
- Coordinate the activity of vendors and external consultants
- Continuous improvement of CRM processes and functionalities, also exploiting emerging technologies.
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2/3 years experience in implementation and management of CRM solutions.
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably IQvia OCE, Veeva and Salesforce.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL like), and data analysis tools (Power BI, SAC, ..).
- Familiarity with data governance processes, IT security, and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations and Data Governance best practices.
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher) for interaction with international teams.
- Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train users.
- Experience with data integration and reporting tools.
- Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Aptitude for teamwork in international environments.
- At least basic knowledge of Analytics Solutions
