Job Description
Role Porpuse
Execute regular customer service and logistics activities, from order taking, to order processing, international shipping, billing and monitoring of after-sales steps, to ensure customer service operations are performed accurately and timely
Main Responsabilities
- Receive and process sales orders from commercial customers, taking care of all process steps and ensuring the quality of data and information provided
- Collect, process, and assemble the necessary documentation for foreign shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and international standards
- Maintain communication with customers, providing all the information necessary for the reception of shipments and dealing with requests and complaints
- Monitor the solvency of customers, tracking invoice payments, timeliness, credit lines and exposure, informing the direct supervisor in case of risk of insolvency
Requirements
- University Degree
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- 5 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics in Pharma
- Knowledge SAP is a plus
