Job Summary
The role involves promoting scientific information on pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate communication in compliance with current regulations. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic clients and supporting scientific marketing activities
What you'll do
• Advertises and promotes products and services of the Company through effective interaction with health care professionals and organizations to increase the awareness and use of the Company's pharmaceutical products.
• Reframes features into customers benefits and uses relevant literature and medical/scientific promotion aid material competent and accurately.
• Manages and provides assistance in managing or maintaining accounts of strategic clients.
• Resolves customer complaints regarding promotion and service and handles enquiries and interests quickly and professionally and in accordance with Company procedures.
• Supports Marketing Department activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules, following up on new leads and referrals stemming from field activity.
• Provides inputs into budget planning, promotion target forecasting and marketing procedures as required.
• Ensures the prompt transmission of relevant information from the healthcare professionals back to Marketing, Medical Affairs or Clinical Research Departments.
• Ensures the prompt reporting of adverse events to the Pharmacovigilance Department in accordance with company procedures.
• Stays in constant communication with all team members to get information on doctor's activities and effective territory planning.
• Catches new opportunities, special developments tor products and services, collects information as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate with proper staff of the company.
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Degree in scientific disciplines as required by Legislative Decree 219 of 2006 and later amendments
- Good English knowledge.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of Region's customer and market dynamics and requirements.
