Job Summary
To contribute to this revolutionary and innovative project, we are looking for a Production Auxiliary to support our manufacturing operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role is suited for individuals who are detail‑oriented, reliable, and team‑focused, and who wish to grow within a structured, purpose‑driven industry focused on quality.
More precisely, you will be responsible for:
- Performing daily calibrations and checks on reading devices (scales, pH meters, conductivity meters, and others)
- Preparing and setting up production stages, including tubing connections and activities performed prior to manufacturing
- Supplying and decontaminating equipment and consumables used in classified production areas
- Disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling production equipment
- Assisting, as needed, with the weighing of raw materials and the preparation of solutions
- Supporting manufacturing operations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
You are the right person for this role because you have :
- A high school diploma (DES)
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry
- Experience in the GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry would be a considerable asset
- Good command of spoken French and the ability to read and write in English

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary.
Other language requirement
Another language is required for this position in order to communicate with partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
