To contribute to this innovative and meaningful project, we are looking for a Supervisor, Material Management to ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant flow of materials supporting our production operations. In this role, you will lead a team of technicians and play a key role in receiving, storage, distribution, shipping, and inventory control within a GMP environment.
More precisely, you will be responsible to:
- Supervise the receiving, storage, distribution and shipping of materials;
- Ensure the availability of materials required for production;
- Lead and engage the material management technician team;
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP transaction integrity;
- Ensure compliance with procedures, GMP requirements and health and safety standards;
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing and Quality Assurance to support operational continuity.
You are the right person for this role because you have :
- College diploma in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, material management, inventory or a manufacturing environment;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervision or team coordination;
- Experience with an ERP or WMS system;
- Knowledge of GMP or a regulated environment is an asset;
- Functional knowledge of Excel;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary.
Other language requirement
Another language is required for this position in order to communicate with partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
