Job Summary

Lead with Insight. Drive Financial Performance Across Our Plasma Center Network.
The Manager, Finance Operations maintains oversight of day‑to‑day financial activities across our plasma centers, ensuring accurate reporting, operational performance insights, and strong financial stewardship. This role partners closely with senior U.S. Plasma leadership and the Global Plasma CEO to deliver analytics, guide strategic decisions, and strengthen overall center performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to operations by providing analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations that support key decisions and business outcomes.
  • Develop, enhance, and automate financial and operational reporting—including KPIs tied to productivity, utilization, yields, cost‑to‑collect, and center ramp‑up performance.
  • Analyze financial variances and key performance drivers to identify actionable opportunities that optimize center results.
  • Evaluate procurement, supply chain, and vendor‑related spend and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational simplification.
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting for new center launches, including cost tracking and spend evaluation.
  • Partner with Marketing to link program investments to operational outcomes and assess ROI.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to review workforce costs and support the Center Performance Bonus process, from target setting through payout.
  • Support annual budgeting, mid‑year forecasting, long‑range planning, and modeling of ad‑hoc business decisions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting and executive‑ready insights that highlight trends, deviations, and recommended actions.
  • Work cross‑functionally with accounting, corporate finance, operations, and center leadership to ensure alignment with financial processes, policies, and internal controls.
  • Contribute to month‑end close activities, including preparing or reviewing journal entries and managing monthly plasma inventory valuation (Material Ledger).
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise in finance and center performance metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and safety standards while promoting organizational values and positive interactions across centers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum eight years of corporate finance or related experience, including cost management or manufacturing finance experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple ERP systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting processes and evaluation of supply, planning, and manufacturing activities preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed to plasma collection centers and other company locations, including overnight travel.
