Job Summary
We are looking for a Intership Marketing - to join our dynamic Italian Marketing Department. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a leading biopharmaceutical company.
What you'll do
This internship offers a comprehensive overview of product marketing dynamics, enabling the intern to:
- Support on the execution of Marketing Plan for assigned products
- Assist with creating promotional materials, monitoring activities, and ensuring everything follows current rules and regulations (like European legislation and codes of conduct).
- Support the implementation of communication plans by working with agencies and collaborating with the Marketing Manager to assess creative ideas and advertising proposals
- Support preliminary analysis related to market potential and competition for products in the portfolio.
- Take part in product training sessions (for both new and existing products) designed for the sales team, working alongside Medical Affairs and Commercial departments.
- Provide support in gathering and disseminating information and updates on products and reference markets to various company functions (e.g., Sales Network).
- Contribute to strengthening the Company's image, and to spreading Vision, Values, and Corporate Identity.
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Degree in Economics, Science, or related fields (e.g., Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology).
- No prior experience is required, but an interest and/or basic knowledge of marketing logic and the industry is a plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Comfort with digital tools and openness to new methods.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
