“Keep Our Operations Moving – Join Us as a Warehouse Operations Technician!”
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Technician who is a team player and driven to succeed. In this technical role, you’ll manage inbound and outbound freight, maintain inventory accuracy, and support production through precise material handling and documentation.

What you'll do

• Unload inbound freight, verify counts and condition, and report discrepancies.
• Sort raw materials for Quality Assurance inspection and prepare receiving records.
• Deliver non-inventory and inventory items to departments, maintaining accurate delivery receipts.
• Place inventory in designated rack/bin locations and manage via barcode scanning.
• Pull inventory for production and regulate FIFO and expired materials.
• Prepare and load outbound freight (domestic and international), including documentation and special pickups.
• Move finished goods to storage, verify counts, and report discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks using RF barcode scanners.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and transportation documents.

Qualifications and need-to-know

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control and SAP; experience in FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Forklift, stand-on reach, and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Proficiency with RF barcode scanners and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and a drive to contribute to team success.

Pay Range: $22.00- $24.00/HR
