Kedrion Biopharma is an international company that collects and fractionates blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma-derived therapeutic products for use in treating and preventing serious diseases, disorders and conditions such as Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies and Rh-Sensitization.

 

Job Summary

Kedrion Mexicana: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Proven experience in Imports, Warehousing, and Logistics, with a balanced operational and strategic focus.

What you'll do

 

  1. Importation of pharmaceutical / biological or plasma-derived products is desirable, including:
    • Coordination with internal suppliers,
    • Direct interaction with customs brokers,
    • Control of customs entries, permits, documentation, timelines, and regulatory files.
  1. Direct management of warehouses and logistics operations, including:
    • Physical and system-based inventory control,
    • Inbound, outbound, transfer, and return processes,
    • Coordination and supervision of third-party logistics providers (3PLs),
    • Tracking deliveries from logistics operators to customers, including evidence management and traceability.
  1. Balanced operational–executive profile, including:
    • Hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations,
    • Preparation of executive reports, KPIs, and analytical insights for General Management and regional teams.
  1. Knowledge and application of regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, including:
    • NOM-059,
    • Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GMPs / GDPs),
    • Quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Development of SOPs and change controls.
  1. Experience or demonstrated capability in managing systems for:
    • Inventory control,
    • Stock reporting, expirations, backorders, and provisions.
  1. End-to-end traceability, including document control and evidence management in official repositories.
  1. Ability to work with cold chain or sensitive products (direct experience preferred; otherwise, strong and applicable technical understanding).

 

Qualifications and need-to-know

  1. Functional and fluent English, sufficient for:
    • Meetings with global teams,
    • Process presentations,
    • Discussion of risks, priorities, and operational decisions.
  1. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, plasma-derived products, or medical devices industry.
  1. Stability and consistent career track record, avoiding:
    • Frequent job changes without clear justification,
    • Lack of cycle closure or short-tenure operational roles.
  1. Ability to lead and coordinate direct and indirect teams, including:
    • Internal staff,
    • Logistics operators,
    • Critical process suppliers.
  1. Strong capability to manage and present information at an executive level, with business judgment, prioritization skills, and decision-making under pressure.
  1. Understanding of procurement and negotiation as a complementary skill (desirable).
  1. Availability and compliance with the defined work scheme, including:
    • Permanent employment contract,
    • Office-based schedule with availability to operate at warehouse level,
    • Alignment with the approved salary range.
  1. Ability to lead transitions or special projects (e.g., integrations, logistics operator changes, product launches, switches, process improvements, or system validations) – desirable.
