Job Summary

Lead the Future of Facilities & Safety Excellence!
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Facilities, EHS & NCD to oversee critical systems and ensure operational reliability across our plasma collection centers, testing lab, and corporate headquarters. In this role, you’ll drive compliance with FDA, OSHA, and cGMP standards while leading a team dedicated to safety, sustainability, and performance.
 

What You'll Do

  • Manage facilities operations, ensuring reliability of critical systems (freezers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).
  • Oversee planning, construction, maintenance, and repair projects across multiple sites.
  • Direct property portfolio management, lease negotiations, and site selection for new or relocated centers.
  • Lead design and execution of construction projects, including stakeholder analysis, budgeting, and contractor management.
  • Implement robust processes for problem resolution, CAPA, and risk management.
  • Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, budgets, and CAPEX/OPEX forecasts.
  • Provide EHS leadership—drive compliance, conduct audits, and implement safety programs.
  • Organize ongoing EHS training and develop corrective action plans for regulatory adherence.
  • Manage vendor relationships, bids, and contracts for construction and critical systems.
  • Coach and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring performance standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure freezer reliability and operational excellence.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related field (preferred).
  • 15+ years of project management experience, including 10+ years in construction.
  • 10+ years working with refrigeration systems and walk-in deep freezers.
  • 5+ years in EHS with strong regulatory knowledge (EPA, OSHA, DOT).
  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CSP preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage preventative maintenance programs.
  • Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
  • Travel up to 50% to plasma centers and other company locations.
