Regional Operations Manager

KEDPLASMA is a subsidiary of Kedrion Biopharma Inc. KEDPLASMA specializes in the collection and procurement of high-quality plasma that is processed into plasma-based therapies. Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is an international company specializing in the collection and fractionation of blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma-derived therapeutic products. Our therapies help treat and prevent serious diseases, including Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies, and Rh-Sensitization.

Job Summary

Lead regional performance and drive operational excellence across multiple plasma collection centers.
In this role, you will oversee center operations within an assigned region, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while meeting operational, financial, and human resources goals. You will champion safe, efficient, high‑quality operations aligned with FDA and EU Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee production output and quality to meet company goals and optimize profitability.
  • Guide center managers on operational processes, budgets, staffing, cost controls, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and collaborate with center teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Support and coordinate center training programs to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective execution of procedures.
  • Partner with centers to maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and assist with related documentation.
  • Review SOPs, perform employee observations, and support investigations of non-conformance and quality issues.
  • Review staffing schedules to meet production needs while managing payroll targets.
  • Assist with hiring, staffing decisions, scheduling, and performance management in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor center management competencies, provide coaching, and support employee development and retention.
  • Provide guidance on donor programs, specialty collection initiatives, and marketing/testing programs to recruit donors.
  • Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and support resolution of employee issues.
  • Promote company values and a positive, respectful, donor-centered environment across all centers.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support, mentor, and supervise direct reports, including assigning work and evaluating performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of plasma operations and business processes preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changes, prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate preferred.

  • Travel required 50%–75%, including overnight travel.
