Kedrion Biopharma GmbH, a subsidiary of Kedrion S.p.A., is a pharmaceutical wholesaler that distributes finished medicinal products derived from human plasma for the treatment of numerous, sometimes rare and serious diseases such as coagulation and neurological disorders as well as immunodeficiencies in Germany, Austria, Poland and Portugal. The medicines are stored and distributed by a contracted logistics service provider.

For the distribution of our products in Northern and Northwestern Germany (Kiel, Lübeck, Hamburg, Bremen, Hannover, Oldenburg, Osnabrück, Bielefeld).

 

We are looking for Specialist Pharmaceutical Representatives (m/f/d) in the field of neurology, hematology, hemophilia (m/f/d).

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You will manage and develop strategic account plans in collaboration with other functional departments and lead these projects strategically and operationally to achieve your goals.
  • You will advise and support specialists in hematology/oncology, neurology, and hemophilia, with a focus on private practices, as well as specialists in clinics.
  • You will expand the existing customer network.
  • You enjoy and have experience in acquiring new customers.
  • You regularly analyze sales development in your area and are the main contact person for your customers.
  •  You support public pharmacies in your account area, as well as hospital pharmacies.
  • You participate in conferences, sponsorships, and events.
  • You support key account customers in wholesale beyond your area.

What you bring to the table to master the exciting challenges of this position

  • After completing a degree in economics or natural sciences or comparable medical training with the qualification of certified pharmaceutical representative in accordance with §75 AMG, you have gained several years of experience in oncology, ideally hematology and/or neurology. You also have market and customer knowledge in the field of health policy.
  • Analytical thinking, conceptual and organizational skills, enabling you to successfully implement the tasks and projects assigned to you.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, solution-oriented approach to getting things done and moving forward.
  • Excellent communication skills and very good manners when dealing with contacts inside and outside the company.
  • Structured approach, enabling you to always keep track of the wide range of tasks.
  • Strong team spirit and social skills.
  • Good English skills are an advantage, enabling you to express yourself in our international environment.
  • Willingness to go on business trips lasting several days.
  • Experience with modern IT infrastructure and common software applications, as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with company-specific software.
