Job Summary
Execute regular customer service activities, from order taking, to order processing, billing and monitoring of after-sales steps, to ensure customer service operations are performed accurately and timely.
What you'll do
- Receive and process sales orders from customers, taking care of all process steps and ensuring the quality of data and information provided
- Collect, process, and assemble the necessary documentation for shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Maintain communication with customers, providing all the information necessary for the reception of shipments and dealing with requests and complaints
Monitor the solvency of customers, tracking invoice payments, timeliness, credit lines and exposure, informing the direct supervisor in case of risk of insolvency
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Education: high school diploma or equivalent
- Skills: good communication and ability to work in a team
- Language: good knowledge of English
- Computer use: basic knowledge of Windows and Office programs.
The minimum annual gross salary for this role is 31.510€
The overall compensation package will also include the additional elements provided for under the applied collective bargaining agreement and any relevant company-level agreements.
Any variable compensation components and benefits, in line with company policies, will be communicated at a later stage of the recruitment process.
