Main Responsibilities
- Provide support for the adoption and use of new digital processes aimed at facilitating and simplifying access to Procurement operations.
- Collaborate in collecting feedback and drafting documentation related to new digital procedures.
- Support activities for mapping, qualification, and monitoring of suppliers in line with company policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on supplier master data to ensure compliance with external regulations and internal Group guidelines.
- Ensure operational consistency in supplier management across different business units.
- Contribute to the extension and implementation of the Group’s Sustainable Procurement roadmap.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent disciplines.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to analyse complex data and produce clear, actionable reports.
