Main Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects and events in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Maintain and organize marketing and compliance documentation, ensuring proper keeping in line with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with pharmaceutical laws and industry regulations (e.g.INFARMA, local health authority guidelines).
  • Support the creation, review, and approval path of promotional materials, ensuring adherence to local compliance standards.
  • Liaise with RA and Scientific Information Department to verify that all marketing materials align with industry requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing service providers.

 

 

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate office supplies equipment, and other administrative resources
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Governance office budget and monitor expenses to stay within financial guidliance
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation for expenditures.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to monitor changes in regulations and update processes accordingly.
  • Maintain documentation related to approvals, legal disclaimers, and compliance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or administrative support, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance regulations and ethical marketing practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
