Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects and events in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Maintain and organize marketing and compliance documentation, ensuring proper keeping in line with relevant regulations.
- Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with pharmaceutical laws and industry regulations (e.g.INFARMA, local health authority guidelines).
- Support the creation, review, and approval path of promotional materials, ensuring adherence to local compliance standards.
- Liaise with RA and Scientific Information Department to verify that all marketing materials align with industry requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing service providers.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate office supplies equipment, and other administrative resources
- Assist with the preparation and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences
- Governance office budget and monitor expenses to stay within financial guidliance
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation for expenditures.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to monitor changes in regulations and update processes accordingly.
- Maintain documentation related to approvals, legal disclaimers, and compliance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or administrative support, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance regulations and ethical marketing practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
